16 Ambulance Crew Executed By IOF In Rafah

Israeli forces have executed 16 members of Civil Defense and Red Crescent teams in Tel Al-Sultan, Rafah, southern Gaza, following prior coordination with the International Red Cross.

The teams had been missing for four days. Their bodies were found buried near a military barracks, and all their ambulances and firefighting vehicles were deliberately destroyed.

Red Crescent Victims:

Fouad Al-Jamal, Youssef Khalifa, Anwar Al-Attar, Zuhair Al-Farra, Sameer Al-Bahabsa, Ibrahim Al-Maghari

The body of Civil Defense head Anwar Al-Attar was recovered and transferred to Nasser Hospital. Search efforts for the remaining missing continue.

Civil Defense:

The Israeli army killed Palestinian Red Crescent and Civil Defense crews in cold blood during a humanitarian mission a few days ago northwest of Rafah.

The Israeli army buried the bodies of the martyrs at the site of the attack, making it difficult to locate them.

The scenes at the scene were horrific and confirm the deliberate targeting of ambulance and civil defense crews by the Israeli army.

The Israeli army destroyed five Palestinian Red Crescent and Civil Defense vehicles and buried some of them after targeting them.

What happened to the Palestinian Red Crescent and Civil Defense crews was a massacre that amounts to a war crime.

Palestinian Red Crescent:

• Our teams, with coordination and escort from the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), successfully entered the Tel al-Sultan area in Rafah after five days of coordination attempts. The goal was to determine the fate of nine missing PRCS paramedics who had been besieged and targeted by Israeli occupation forces.

• The team faced major difficulties searching for signs of the martyrs due to the extensive destruction in the area and the erasure of its landmarks. They managed to retrieve one body belonging to the Civil Defense team.

• Due to the onset of darkness, the search operations could not continue and the team had to withdraw. Another attempt will be made tomorrow to re-enter the area, which has been under Israeli military incursion for five days, with ambulance and rescue teams barred from access.

I was shocked that I was not from the third world! Indeed, we are the most humane and moral! While we are a people who have been living on occupied land for 75 years and are still searching for our rights and communicating our voice to the world!

My message to the world: You are not innocent of what is happening to us, you as governments or peoples that support Israel’s annihilation of my people. We will not forgive you, we will not forgive you, humanity will not forgive you, we will not forget, even if we die, the history will never forget .

A Message to friends: Thank you and the supporters around the world. You have been compassionate and very strong. We ask you not to lose hope, even if the world seems completely unfair and your efforts have not yet resulted in a ceasefire.

It also kills me how many stopped boycotting or has never even tried to boycott.

On this year women's day, all we could think about are Palestinian women in Gaza.

Nearly 9,000 women have been killed in Israeli attacks in five months. Another 2,100 are missing and presumed dead, while 23,000 have been wounded and over half a million are displaced.

“Palestinian women, especially in the Gaza Strip, are exposed to the worst humanitarian catastrophe,” Ashraf al-Qudra, the health ministry’s spokesperson, said on Thursday.

Dozens of women and girls have also been detained and face harsh conditions in Israeli custody, including sexual abuse.

Women in Gaza also struggle to find menstruation products and access the necessary pregnancy and post-natal care. The consequences on reproductive health, including a rise in stress-induced miscarriages, stillbirths and premature births, have increased significantly.

Women in labour are undergoing caesarean procedures without anaesthetics, and a shortage of post-operative care such as medication, antibiotics and pain relief further exacerbates the situation.

According to the health ministry, 5,000 women give birth monthly in Gaza under “harsh, unsafe and unhealthy” conditions caused by Israeli bombing and displacement.

There are 60,000 pregnant women in Gaza suffering from “malnutrition, dehydration and lack of medical care.

There have also been repeated cases of Israeli soldiers mocking Palestinian women by posting videos and pictures of themselves rummaging through personal belongings in Gaza homes, making derogatory comments and posing with women’s underwear.
